Angeline Boulley is an enrolled citizen of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians. By day, she works in Indian education at the national level. Angeline was selected as a Young Adult mentee for the 2019 We Need Diverse Books (WNDB) Mentorship Program. Her debut YA thriller, FIREKEEPER’S DAUGHTER, was acquired by Holt/Macmillan in a 12-bidder auction for publication in Spring 2021. Angeline is represented by Faye Bender at The Book Group.

Stay tuned for her episode of Novel Approaches, which will debut on March 13th, 2020. She and regular co-host r.r. campbell will be talking about a topic of the community’s choosing based on voters’ preferences in polls on Twitter and Facebook. They’ll then host a #WritescastChat series to incorporate participant input in their conversation!

The #WritescastChat series for this episode will run from February 24th to February 28th on Facebook and Instagram, and the one-hour Twitter event will be held four distinct times on February 28th at 8 p.m. local time in Sydney, London, New York City, and Denver.
