Beyond being the founder of the Writescast Network and the host of the r.r. campbell writescast, r.r. is also the co-host of Novel Approaches and Biblio Breakdown. Outside the Writescast Network, r.r. is a writing instructor for the University of Wisconsin’s Division of Continuing Studies and the author of Accounting for it All and the EMPATHY sci-fi saga.

Sione is the co-host of Novel Approaches. Ze’s also a writing coach, editor, and has been a guest on the r.r. campbell writescast. As of January 2020, ze is currently on hiatus from zir role as a co-host.
Maggie is a guest co-host on Novel Approaches and the award-winning author of the Starborn Series on Wattpad, a platform for which she’s also an ambassador. Maggie has also been a guest on the r.r. campbell writescast.
Sarah is a guest co-host on Novel Approaches and a copywriter-turned-author who wants to make the world a lovelier place, one kissing story at a time. When she’s not writing, you can find her hiking, eating chocolate, and perfecting her lumpia recipe.
Her debut novel, Faker, is now available everywhere.
Angeline Boulley is a guest co-host on Novel Approaches and an enrolled citizen of the Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians. Her debut young adult thriller, Firekeeper’s Daughter, was acquired by Holt/Macmillan in a 12-bidder auction for publication in March 2021.
Avery Ames is a guest co-host of the Novel Approaches podcast and a graphic designer. A lifelong lover of lush fantasy, she writes novels that toe the line between glittery and dark, for lovers of fairy tales and everything gothic. When not writing, she can be found playing video games or concocting new tea blends.

Katherine Karch is a first reader at Clarkesworld Magazine and a writer of fantasy, science fiction, and horror stories. During the day, she teaches biology to high school students. At night, she writes about villains and antiheroes, plays RPGs and board games with her kids, and does yoga with her spouse.
Alyse is a member of our blogsquad whose favorite words are support and community. She’s written and published a memoir about growing up amid the opioid epidemic, and she’s focused on reaching out to others whose stories are similar to her own.
She currently resides in Portland, Oregon with her husband, two kids, and a dog or two.
